Refaat joined The Center in February of 2024 and she serves as Business Analyst for the Communication and Technology Team.
At the center, her role involves acting as a bridge between different business units and the development team. She engages with various stakeholders and external clients to gather and document requirements, supporting the evaluation and improvement of processes.
Refaat holds a Master of Business Administration degree with concentrations in Project Management and Management Information Systems from Ashland University.
In her free time, she enjoys spending quality moments with her family and exploring new travel destinations.
