This webinar was designed for state Flex Programs focusing on accessing and using EMS data to support rural EMS improvement.

Following this webinar, participants were able to:

  • List sources of EMS data
  • Recognize common obstacles related to accessing EMS data
  • Recall how baselines are established
  • Discuss how outputs and outcomes are different
  • Give examples of how to measure project outcomes
