Beyond Education: Engaging Staff to Impact Population Health

For population health initiatives to be successful, it is important to get understanding and buy-in from staff at all levels of the organization, including frontline as well as leadership. This requires creating messaging and education that will inspire and motivate others to join you to address population health.  

This webinar is designed to help us consider new ways to move from just educating, to actively engaging hospital staff. This interactive webinar will assist you to intentionally create a plan that will help move your MNPTV project forward.  

Objectives: 

  • Participants will understand effective strategies that lead to learning.  
  • Participants will be able to identify messaging to engage different stakeholders. 
  • Participants will begin to create a plan for education roll-out for the MNPTV project.
