DRCHSD Dashboard TA Webinar for Cohort 2020

The purpose of this webinar is to present an overview of the new action planning template and discuss how to use the tool to support the implementation of the action plan. The objective is to gain a greater understanding of the importance of using a dashboard to drive performance and learn how to improve performance through better project management.
