Description: This presentation explores how integrating clinical and non‑clinical roles in scheduling and registration strengthens patient access, improves care coordination, and protects revenue in rural health clinics and rural hospitals.
Given limited staffing and cross‑trained roles common in rural settings, even small breakdowns at the front end can lead to denied claims, delayed cash, patient frustration, and staff burnout. This session focuses on practical, rural‑friendly strategies to align teams, standardize handoffs, and reduce rework—without adding headcount or complexity.
