DRCHSD Hospital / Clinic Learning Collaborative: Leading in Times of Crisis
The unprecedented crisis presented by the COVID-19 pandemic has made the already challenging job of leading a rural health care organization even more difficult. In the face of extraordinary uncertainty, leaders must make critical decisions, keep lines of communication open, and support others - all while managing their own emotions related to events inside and outside the workplace. In this learning collaborative Shannon Studden, a leadership development expert, will share strategies to help hospitals and clinic leaders support their team and themselves through this difficult time.
- Explore strategies for supporting employees and ourselves during times of crisis
- Communicate in ways that inspire trust and engagement
- Share experiences with and learn from other leaders facing similar challenges
The webinar connection information will be sent out to all participating DRCHSD hospitals and clinics. If you have any questions, please contact Program Coordinator, Synneva Hackman.
