DRCHSD Revenue Cycle Improvements Part II: Middle Revenue Cycle Best Practices and Social Determinants of Health

Session Description: This session will provide attendees with best practices managers should attempt to implement for middle revenue cycle functions and social determinants of health in order to succeed in today’s healthcare environment.  Attendees will also be provided case studies outlining real-world issues faced by organizations and how those challenges may be overcome.

  1. Identify common challenges middle revenue cycle leaders face in the industry related to social determinants of health.
  2. Identify best practices for middle revenue cycle functions.
  3. Identify best practices for increasing organizational focus on social determinants of health.
