Series Description: This webinar series equips health care leaders with the skills to adapt their communication and coaching approaches to better engage employees, enhance retention, and drive stronger results. Participants will explore how individual characteristics shape the way employees respond to feedback and coaching, learn practical strategies for tailoring their interactions, and gain access to tools that reinforce these skills on the job.

  • Recognize individual characteristics that influence the way employees engage with feedback, coaching, and one-on-one conversations
  • Identify practical strategies for adjusting communication approaches to better engage and support different employees
