This Flex Virtual Knowledge Group (VKG) Holiday Special webinar focused on staff engagement, wellness best practices, and staff satisfaction opportunities across different state Flex Programs, along with sharing innovative ways to celebrate Flex program successes. The recording is available in the Flex Program Forum (log-in required). At the conclusion of the VKG, participants were able to: 

  • Discover staff engagement and wellness best practices for building Flex Program longevity
  • Identify employee satisfaction opportunities within different organization types (state government, non-profit, and university)
  • Share innovative ways to celebrate Flex program successes
