Planning Strategically For State Flex Programs

This Flex Virtual Knowledge Group (VKG) webinar covered integrating strategic planning processes into Flex Programs. Participants were able to enhance their ability to understand, develop, and implement strategic planning fundamentals for your State Flex Program. The Webinar also covered updates to the Telehealth Guide for its use in Flex Programs. This event was supported by the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (FORHP) and coordinated by TASC, a program of the National Rural Health Resource Center (The Center).
