The Spring 2025 Flex Program Introductory Workshop will consist of three in-person days, hosted in Rockville, Maryland:
 
  • Day 1: Tuesday, April 1 – 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time
  • Day 2: Wednesday, April 2 – 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time
  • Day 3: Thursday, April 3 – 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 pm Eastern Time
This introductory workshop is supported by the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (FORHP) and coordinated by the Technical Assistance and Services Center (TASC), a program of the National Rural Health Resource Center (The Center). As stated in the Flex Program Notice of Award (NOA), staff responsible for executing the Flex award duties must attend the Flex Program Introductory Workshop within one year of their start date.
 
The intended audience for this workshop is state Flex staff. Key subcontractors of state Flex Programs will be considered on a case-by-case basis in collaboration with FORHP. Participant request forms must be completed by Friday, January 31st, 2025. TASC will e-mail you by February 7th to confirm your participation in the workshop.

The Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (FORHP) improves rural health care through a variety of grant programs that support local health providers and patients. FORHP-funded programming increases health care access, strengthens health networks, and improves quality of care for Critical Access Hospitals, small rural hospitals, Rural Health Clinics, and other rural healthcare organizations.
