Phil joined The Center in January of 2008. He is responsible for ensuring The Center’s technology needs are met. He performs system administration functions, including software and hardware maintenance. He evaluates and implements new technology, coordinates internet communications and provides technical support to The Center’s staff.
Phil develops and maintains four websites for The Center and programs that The Center supports. He has been using the Drupal content management system to manage websites for over five years. His web development experience includes writing custom Drupal modules, responsive design and implementing online payment systems.
Phil studied Computer Science and Political Science at the University of Wisconsin Superior.
