Estes Park Medical Center (EPMC), located in Estes Park, Colorado, was recognized for its work in the areas of care coordination, care management, patient access and prevention, and wellness projects. EPMC joined with the historic Stanley Hotel, the town of Estes Park, and University of Colorado Health in a public-private partnership to form a wellness center that provides an array of services to the community to address physical fitness, metabolic fitness, nutritional fitness, sleep, stress, and quality of life/life satisfaction.

The vision of the project is for Estes Park to be a destination for wellness and a community that embraces the culture and principles of wellness.
