  • Ambulances were set up as mobile WiFi hotspots to ensure connectivity when patients’ homes or service areas lacked coverage
  • Updated technology and hardware to support teleconferencing capabilities from patients’ homes to allow for real-time review and documentation in the patient chart
  • Improved staff and provider engagement

Top Accomplishments:

TRMC implemented an innovative CP program in their county, which will ultimately help hundreds of patients who would likely not have sought follow-up medical care until very ill. With continued support from the Oregon State Office of Rural Health (SORH), TRMC will build on the momentum and success it has had to improve workflows and processes.
