An Overview of ICD-10

The 10th revision of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD-10) is a medical classification list by the World Health Organization (WHO). ICD-10 is the medical classification system used by the majority of the world and has codes for diseases, symptoms, social circumstances, abnormal findings, complaints and external causes of injury or illness.
