This session focused on establishing factors that are desirable to health professionals looking to work in rural and underserved areas, developing unique selling points for your organization and community, as well as identify potential barriers to recruitment, and discussed possible solutions.
This session focused on identifying the four phases of the recruitment process, distinguishing how the recruiting process in rural areas is different than urban, and designing the ideal recruitment ream for rural and underserved areas.
This session will focus on examining the 3RNET Recruiting for Retention Hierarchy, identifying gaps in the hierarchy for your organization, and discussing how culture can become a powerful recruitment tool in rural and underserved areas.
