Rural HCO Board of Director Video Series

This three-part educational series presents a variety of technical topics that tend to be challenging for both executive leaders and boards of directors (BOD). Topics include corporate compliance, financial stewardship, and physician compensation. In this series, subject matter experts explain the importance of these topics on the organization’s operations and discuss key considerations for both the BOD and executives. In addition, hospital administrators will discuss how they addressed these challenging areas and share how these topics impacted operations and the overall mission of their organizations.
