The Telehealth Assessment identifies opportunities for telehealth implementation or expansion at health care organizations participating in the Delta Region Community Health Systems Development (DRCHSD) Program.
The Emergency Medical Services Assessment identifies opportunities for improvements — including gaps in clinical services and the need for improved processes to enhance the coordination of services — at health care organizations participating in the Delta Region Community Health Systems Development Program.
