National Rural Health Resource Center (The Center)

The SHIP Annual Reports and Non-Competing Continuation (NCC) progress reports are the Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA) mechanism for determining progress, outcomes, and impact of SHIP in addition to releasing funding for ongoing awards.  Evaluation processes are important for ongoing program planning to assess trends, needs, activities, and reporting at the hospital, state, and federal program level. Webinar speaker, Rochelle Spinarski, Rural Health Solutions, will provide evaluation processes to achieve impactful grant management. Potie Pettway, HRSA, will be joining us in his role as a Grants Management Specialist.

Webinar Objectives:

  • Learn key elements for SHIP evaluation of state and hospital activities
  • Increase awareness of best practices in SHIP grant reporting
  • Discover resources for SHIP performance management
  • Receive guidance of financial management of HRSA SHIP grants
