This SHIP Technical Assistance Webinar will focus on successful quality improvement (QI) activities being implemented by the Georgia State Office of Rural Health HCAHPS 'Guide to Change' Consortium, and the North Dakota Critical Access Hospital Quality Network. These SHIP grantees will share their QI activity goals, challenges, outcomes, and best practices, as well as provide background on their consortium and network development.
