Description: Stroudwater will present to DRCHSD participants on the importance of utilizing process improvement and project management methodology to achieve opportunities for improvement as they relate to findings within the DRCHSD Strategic, Operational and Financial Assessments (SFOA), and the Quality Improvement Evaluation reports.

Participants of this webinar will leave the presentation with the following learning objectives:

  1. Participants will understand how to utilize data and dashboards to drive performance
  2. Participants will gain a basic understanding of core project management practices
  3. How adoption of best practices will enhance organizational performance
  4. How change management is everyone’s responsibility
  5. The importance of defining objectives for goal setting
  6. The fundamentals of a PDCA process to achieve objectives
