March Flex Virtual Knowledge Group – Program Management: Financial Perspectives

Please join us for our next Virtual Knowledge Group (VKG) on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at 2:00 pm CT. Our topic will cover program management through a finance lens and will address such topics as implementing programs at the hospital level, finances post-public health emergency (PHE), and workforce challenges. We will hear from a few guests on how hospitals are working through these challenges.

Core Competency: Improving Financial Stability, Managing the Flex Program

By attending this VKG, participants will be able to:

  • Formulate strategies with state Flex Program partners on supporting financial Flex initiatives.
  • Identify and locate important financial resources for state Flex Program partners.
  • Recall best practices for addressing financial questions from critical access hospitals (CAHs).
