The March Virtual Knowledge Group (VKG) covered program management through a finance lens and addressed such topics as implementing programs at the hospital level, finances post-public health emergency (PHE), and workforce challenges.

Core Competency: Improving Financial Stability, Managing the Flex Program

By attending this VKG, participants were able to:

  • Formulate strategies with state Flex Program partners on supporting financial Flex initiatives.
  • Identify and locate important financial resources for state Flex Program partners.
  • Recall best practices for addressing financial questions from critical access hospitals (CAHs).
