Description

This webinar will illustrate the impact that transitioning to value-based care has on the leadership team, staff and the community, and how those involved may respond to the idea of value in health care. Dr. Putnam will also express the importance of the mission statement as it relates to value, as well as share real stories and examples from rural communities.
