Description

Quality improvement alignment between the hospitals and clinic(s) is vital to value-based payment. By coordinating efforts across care settings, organizations can achieve better overall patient care and improve performance on value-based payment (VBP) related quality metrics. This webinar will explore key clinical quality measures utilized in a variety of value-based payment programs and discuss opportunities to ensure quality improvement activities are aligned across the organization.
