Flex Participation Criteria for MBQIP

The Medicare Beneficiary Quality Improvement Project (MBQIP) Participation Criteria document is to be accessed by state Flex coordinators. This document contains the criteria for critical access hospital (CAH) eligibility for federal fiscal year (FFY) 2025 participation in Flex, based on the required participation in MBQIP activities which are outlined in the document.
