Fheb G. Garcia, PT, Physical Therapist, is the Director of Rehabilitation Service at Roosevelt General Hospital in Portales, New Mexico. Fheb entered the healthcare field after attending school at St. Paul College University, in the Philippines, graduating in 2001. Most of Fheb’s career has been spent with Roosevelt General Hospital other than serving as a Physical Therapist Supervisor for Heartland Continuing Care for 5 years. In April 2018, Fheb took on the role as Director of Rehabilitation. In addition to the encouragement she received, and the confidence gained from her other work, Fheb truly loves the community she serves and those she serves it with.

 

Shannon Studden, Senior Program Specialist, National Rural Health Resource Center

Shannon Studden provides education, coaching, and technical assistance to leaders of rural hospitals and rural health networks. Throughout her career, she has supported leaders’ development in areas such as communication, conflict resolution, change management, and collaboration. She holds a Masters's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
