Managing the State Flex Program During COVID-19

This session of the 2020 Flex Program Virtual Reverse Site Visit (RSV) featured four small group discussions where participants shared their challenges and strategies to managing the state Flex Program during the COVID-19 pandemic. The goal for this session was to provide an opportunity for state Flex programs to share resources, initiatives, or tactics to implement supporting program management and project execution.
