The Network Technical Assistance (TA) Team provided rural health networks with relevant and pertinent TA, education, and resources that support successful program outcomes and network sustainability.
This collection of resources, developed for rural health care organizations, their community partners and others launching or managing coalitions or other partnerships, offers tools and strategies to encourage teamwork, enhance coordination among local organizations and support and strengthen community-based approaches to improving rural health.
