For a network to collaborate effectively and reap the benefits of multiple perspectives, members and partners must actively participate in the conversation. This can be a real challenge when group members have different priorities, agendas and levels of interest.

In this webinar, we’ll explore the characteristics of a collaborative group and strategies for increasing stakeholder engagement. We’ll look at ways to identify stakeholder priorities and consider tools and approaches for communicating and working with group members that encourage engagement from everyone involved.
