Swift County - Benson Health Services

 

Swift County - Benson Health Services (SCBHS) is a 25-bed critical access hospital (CAH) located in Benson, Minnesota. They are dedicated to growing community health and wellness through quality personalized health services. 

In 2017, the hospital began participating in Rural Health Innovation’s Integrative Behavioral Health Program funded by the Minnesota Department of Health, Office of Rural Health and Primary Care.

SCBHS will have their first quarterly Recommendation Adoption Progress (RAP) interview in October 2018. During the four RAP interviews, information on the progress of project implementation and project outcomes will be gathered.

Target Population 18-64 years old with anxiety and depression
