Accounts Payable Clerk

About The Position  

We are looking for a part-time (not to exceed 20 hours per week) Accounts Payable Clerk. The pay range we are offering is competitive to national non-profitsAs the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for the accurate administration of our Accounts Payable processes. This includes inspecting inspiring invoices, discovering dramatic discrepancies, and processing prolific payments all in support of our courageous Controller and our amazing Accountant.

About You 

If the above sounds like you, we want to hear from you! We hope you have at least an Associate’s Degree in Accounting, but if not and you have at least four years of experience in general accounting or accounts payable, you will be considered. 

 

About The Location 

The Accounts Payable Clerk will work primarily in an office setting on site at the Duluth office location. The Center has offices located in the Historic Canal Park neighborhood of Duluth, MN on the shores of Lake Superior, just feet from the iconic Aerial Lift Bridge. The Center promotes a positive healthy workplace culture by providing a healthy work/life balance and focusing on a holistic approach to employee well-being.
