RHC Updates, Processes and Strategies for Leadership

Description:  RHCs have become an integral part of many rural healthcare organizations and the RHC program has seen numerous updates both during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.  This presentation will outline those updates, discuss the strategic implications of those updates and discuss how those updates may impact billing practices and associated revenue.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify and discuss updates to the RHC program both during and following the COVID-19 pandemic
  • Identify strategic operational options that some RHCs have implemented throughout the country and the potential advantages of those options
  •  Provide an overview of additional proposed changes to the RHC program and how those may impact operations and/or revenue
