Understanding the Purpose, Preparation, and Utilization of the CMS Worksheet S-10

This guide is developed to provide rural hospital executive and management teams with a greater understanding of Worksheet S-10. It is also designed to assist State Offices of Rural Health (SORH) Directors and Flex Program Coordinators in gaining a better understanding so they may develop educational training to further assist rural hospitals with the preparation and utilization of Worksheet S-10.
