By staying focused on implementation of recommendations from their SRHT FOA, MRMC increased net income, net patient revenue and days cash on hand, even during a transition in senior leadership.

This project helped to provide assistance with evaluating clinical processes that impact the revenue cycle, prioritize needs, develop action plans based on the identified needs and implement a plan to improve clinical processes and thus the revenue cycle.

Community care coordination (CCC) activities consist of events and workshops, check-in calls, learning collaboratives, training bootcamps, and an annual summit.
