Employee engagement services assist leaders that participate in the Delta Region Community Health Systems Development (DRCHSD) Program with retaining employees that are passionate about their work and committed to their organization. Leaders receive coaching and guidance to improve employee retention and satisfaction.

Leaders may receive an employee engagement assessment for each year their organization participates in the DRCHSD Program. Leaders may evaluate employee engagement progress by comparing results from year to year and benchmarking to the DRCHSD Program’s historical results from other participating organizations.
