  3. Hydration Infusions: Charge Capture and Medical Necessity

    • Audience: CFO, coders, billers, ER staff, nursing staff
    • Purpose: To provide an informative update on the risks and challenges of capturing hydration services
  4. Clinical Documentation Integrity Best Practices Part I
    • Speaker: Heather Greene, RHIA, CDIP, Managing Consultant, BKD, LLP
    • Audience: (PPS hospitals) Clinical Documentation Specialists, Nursing Staff, Physician Champion / Providers, Billing Staff, Coders, Compliance Officer, and other key medical records staff
    • Purpose: To assist organizations with building internal capacity and staff knowledge gain that results in the implementation of CDI best practices. The objective is to support participating organizations with clinical documentation process improvement to enhance revenue cycle functionality and reimbursement, and to reduce denials.
  5. Clinical Documentation Integrity Best Practices Part II 
    • Speaker: Heather Greene, Managing Consultant, BKD, LLP
    • Audience: (PPS hospitals) CFO, CNO, HIM Manager/Director, Revenue Cycle Manager, Business Office Manager, Quality Director, Medical Director, RHC Coordinator
    • Purpose: To assist organizations with building internal capacity and staff knowledge gain that results in the implementation of CDI practices. The objective is to support participating organizations with clinical documentation process improvement to enhance revenue cycle functionality and reimbursement, and to reduce denials.
