The Delta Region Community Health Systems Development (DRCHSD) Program offers program participants a variety of services in the areas of workforce and leadership.

The Telehealth Assessment identifies opportunities for telehealth implementation or expansion at health care organizations participating in the Delta Region Community Health Systems Development (DRCHSD) Program. 

The Emergency Medical Services Assessment identifies opportunities for improvements — including gaps in clinical services and the need for improved processes to enhance the coordination of services — at health care organizations participating in the Delta Region Community Health Systems Development Program.

Community care coordination (CCC) activities consist of events and workshops, check-in calls, learning collaboratives, training bootcamps, and an annual summit.

Eligible applicants include small rural hospitals (CAHs and PPS acute care facilities up to approximately 100 beds) RHCs, and other healthcare organizations located in Delta Regional Authority (DRA) designated counties and parishes.

View a list of resources related to electronic clinical quality measure (eCQM) reporting that is intended to aid CAHs seeking to meet the reporting requirements for the Promoting Interoperability Program, formerly the Medicare EHR Incentive Program. In this module, we’ll explore what it means to engage your team and share some strategies for strengthening engagement by developing your team’s knowledge and skills, making collaborative decisions, and building a strong team identity.

The Behavioral Health Toolkit contains messaging focused on stopping mental health stigma and starting the conversation, as well as highlighting the new 9-8-8 national hotline.
