State Flex Program Key Resources

Critical access hospitals (CAHs) should continue reporting and improving quality for the existing Medicare Beneficiary Quality Improvement Project (MBQIP) Core measures. CAHs are encouraged to put processes in place so that they can collect and report data from the 2025 calendar year for the MBQIP 2025 Measure Core Set.

Please visit the Rural Quality Improvement Technical Assistance (RQITA) website for a list of key resources to assist state Flex Programs in implementing and supporting MBQIP.
